| What the reasons for PCB products while it pass 288-degree 10 seconds by immersion tin, it can accurs copper blistering. |

There are some reasons is as below:
1, poor resin properties, or resin polymerization conditions are poor, and therefore insufficient heat resistance is broken.
2, the interface between a foreign body, resulting these problems by poor bonding.
3, residual moisture or volatiles within the plate too much, resulting in vaporization burst plate.
4, the plate in poor condition, leaving voids or resin shortage problem,
5, the copper plate surface before the treatment is poor, poor fit with the resin, and therefore burst plate
6, the circuit board in poor storage conditions, excessive moisture and therefore instant heat burst plate.
